4. Is Pause& a wellness brand?
Not exactly. While we're inspired by mindfulness, neuroscience, philosophy, and conscious living, we don't believe in prescribing a particular lifestyle. Pause& isn't about perfection or escaping reality, it's about helping people experience life more intentionally. We simply believe that taking a moment to pause can improve the way we think, feel, create, and connect.

7. Where are your products made?
Pause& products are printed and fulfilled by Printful, a global print-on-demand company. Depending on your location, your order may be produced at a Printful facility in the US, Europe, or elsewhere in the world, always to the same quality standard. This model allows us to operate sustainably, producing only what is ordered with no excess inventory or waste.
8. What materials do you use?
We work with Printful to offer high-quality, carefully selected fabrics. Specific material details, including fabric composition, weight, and feel, are listed on each individual product page. We are intentional about the products we carry, actively selecting eco-conscious options including organic cotton, recycled materials, and responsibly sourced fabrics that reflect our commitment to sustainable living. Because how we wear our values matters as much as what we wear
9. How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart before ordering, as sizing can vary by product style. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
10. How should I care for my garments?
To keep your Pause& pieces looking their best:
• Machine wash cold, inside out
• Use mild detergent
• Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
• Tumble dry on low or hang to dry
• Do not iron directly on the print
Following these steps will help preserve the print quality and fabric for longer.
11. What is your shipping policy?
All orders are printed on demand — made just for you, the moment you place your order. So before you hit refresh on that tracking page, take a breath. ⏸ Good things are worth the wait.
Production typically takes 2–7 business days, followed by shipping:
US: 3–5 business days
International: 10–20 business days
As part of our launch, our tees are currently produced and shipped from overseas, so US customers should expect delivery times closer to the international range of 10–20 business days. We appreciate your patience as we get Pause& off the ground — we are actively working toward faster domestic fulfillment as we grow.
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Production and shipping times may vary during peak periods.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping times are typically 10–20 business days after production. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
13. What is your return and exchange policy?
Because every Pause& product is made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. This is part of our commitment to sustainable, waste-free production.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@pauseand.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will make it right. All claims for defective or incorrect items are handled in accordance with Printful’s policy.
Not quite what you expected? Rather than letting it go to waste, we’d love for you to consider passing it on to someone who might need a reminder to pause — or donating it to someone who could use the message. Sometimes the right person for a pause is someone you know.
14. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is confirmed. Once an item is in production, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
15. Do you restock sold-out products?
Since our products are printed on demand, most items are available continuously and do not go out of stock in the traditional sense. Occasionally a specific product or colorway may be discontinued by our supplier. If something you love is no longer available, reach out to us and we’ll let you know if it’s coming back.
16. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, Pause& gift cards are available in the store and make a perfect gift for anyone ready to slow down and live more intentionally.
17. Do you donate to any causes?
Yes — Pause& supports and donates to mind health and neuroscience initiatives. We have begun by supporting the Center for Healthy Minds and their groundbreaking work studying emotion and the brain — research that sits at the heart of everything Pause& believes in. As we grow, we plan to formalize our giving through a dedicated percentage-of-sales partnership — because we believe that investing in mind health is one of the most meaningful things we can do, for our community and for the world we share.
