Because every Pause& product is made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. This is part of our commitment to sustainable, waste-free production.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@pauseand.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will make it right. All claims for defective or incorrect items are handled in accordance with Printful's policy.

Not quite what you expected? Rather than letting it go to waste, we'd love for you to consider passing it on to someone who might need a reminder to pause — or donating it to someone who could use the message. Sometimes the right person for a pause is someone you know.
